隱私權政策

一句話版本：你建立的內容（據點、物品、行程、地點、照片）只留在你的手機上，Perch 沒有伺服器可以收它。會離開手機的只有三件事：載廣告、畫地圖、以及語音輸入——都是交給 Google 或 Apple 的服務，下面逐一說明。
一、我們不收集什麼
Perch 沒有帳號系統，不要求註冊，沒有雲端同步，也沒有裝任何分析或追蹤 SDK。我們不會、也無法看到你的據點名稱、物品、數量、照片、行程或地點筆記——這些資料寫在 App 自己的 Documents 資料夾裡的一個 SQLite 檔案，從來不會被上傳。你手機本身的 iCloud／電腦備份會包含它，那份備份受 Apple 的隱私政策管轄。
二、會離開手機的三件事
1. 廣告（Google AdMob）
免費版在據點清單底部有一條橫幅廣告，由 Google AdMob 提供。載入廣告時，Google 會取得你的裝置與網路資訊（IP 位址、裝置型號與作業系統版本、廣告識別碼、以及對廣告的互動）。我們自己看不到這些資料，只看得到 AdMob 後台的彙總統計（曝光、點擊數）。
Perch 沒有要求 App 追蹤許可（ATT），也就不會取用 IDFA，因此投放的是非個人化廣告。
在歐盟、歐洲經濟區與英國，App 會先透過 Google 的 User Messaging Platform 詢問你的同意；沒有同意就不會請求廣告。同意之後隨時可以在「設定 → 廣告隱私選項」裡改。

2. 地圖與附近店家（Google Maps / Places）
當你打開「地點」分頁時，App 會向 Google 取得地圖圖磚；當你請 App 找附近店家時，會把你當下的座標送給 Google Places API 以取回附近地點清單。位置資訊只用在這兩件事上，不會被 Perch 存到任何伺服器（我們沒有伺服器），你標記的好雷紀錄一律只留在手機裡。
3. 語音輸入（iOS 語音辨識）
用語音新增物品名稱時，App 使用 Apple 內建的語音辨識。依 Apple 的實作，音訊可能會送到 Apple 的伺服器進行辨識。Perch 不會儲存音訊，也不會把它送給我們或任何第三方。不想用的話，不要按麥克風按鈕即可，或在 iOS 設定裡關閉 Perch 的麥克風與語音辨識權限。
三、權限，以及為什麼要
- 位置（使用 App 期間）：把你標記的地點綁到最近的據點，並搜尋附近店家。
- 相機／照片：給物品拍一張或挑一張照片，只存在手機上。
- 麥克風／語音辨識：用說話代替打字輸入物品名稱。
每一項都可以拒絕，App 的其他部分照樣可用。
四、兒童
Perch 不是針對 13 歲以下兒童設計的 App，我們也不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。
五、你的資料，你的控制權
刪除 App 就會刪掉手機上的資料庫與照片。想留一份，先用「設定 → 匯出備份」。因為我們手上從來沒有你的資料副本，所以也沒有需要向我們申請的刪除流程。
六、政策變更
這份政策如果有實質變動，我們會更新這一頁上的日期；重大變更會寫在 App 的更新說明裡。

Privacy Policy (English summary)
Everything you create in Perch — bases, items, trips, places, photos — stays in a SQLite file inside the app's own Documents folder on your device. Perch has no server and no account system, and does not upload your content. Three things do leave the phone: Google AdMob serves the free tier's banner and receives device and network information (IP, device model and OS, advertising identifier, ad interactions); Perch does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so no IDFA is used and ads are non-personalised, and in the EEA and the UK consent is collected through Google's User Messaging Platform first, revocable under Settings. Google Maps and the Places API receive your coordinates when you open the map or search for nearby businesses. Apple's speech recognition may process audio on Apple's servers when you dictate an item name; Perch stores no audio. Location, camera, photo library, microphone and speech recognition permissions are each optional and the rest of the app works without them.
